Pastoral ministry provides healing, hope

The Solidarity Pastoral Team at Good Shepherd Peace Center in Kit offers retreats, ongoing formation for priests, and training for catechists. Trauma accompaniment is an important aspect of pastoral work in this war-ravaged country. Solidarity with South Sudan provides expertise, workshops and follow-up to numerous groups, preparing and empowering agents of continuity in this healing ministry. The center also offers peace building and women’s empowerment workshops.
